Phoenixville PA Newborn Portraits at Home

I recently had the joy of capturing Jackson and his family (including his big brother dog Leland!) in their Phoenixville PA newborn portraits at home. This little guy was a great sleeper and very peaceful, which made our session even more relaxed and enjoyable. I loved getting to know this entire family better while we spent the morning together documenting the arrival of their littlest love!

Newborn Portraits at Home

Leyla, Chris, and Jackson were so welcoming to me during their at-home newborn session. Honestly, Jackson made my job really easy by sleeping and being super content during our session. I was able to begin with my favorite white backdrop portraits. He was so sleepy, so it was easy to wrap him up and hand him to mom and dad for snuggles. His big dog brother, Leland, couldn’t wait to get in on the snuggling either! Leyla and Chris adopted Leland as a senior dog and he was just so sweet with his new baby brother. It was super adorable to watch!!

After this newborn session, we created a gorgeous flushmount album of images for this family to treasure for many, many years. I love how it turned out. It’s so stunning – especially the custom embossing on the front! While I adore actually photographing and working with my families, creating their heirloom artwork after their sessions is definitely one of my favorite parts of the job!
