Italian Inspired River House at Odette's Wedding

Congratulations, Casey and Evan! Their Italian inspired River House at Odette’s wedding day was full of the sweetest moments between the two. Capturing their wedding day was very special to me because I actually photographed Evan’s sister’s wedding at Ellis Preserve in 2018, so the day felt a bit like a little reunion to me. Despite the rainy weather, Casey and Evan were just so happy to be getting married – their excitement shone through every moment.

The River House at Odette’s Wedding Day

Casey and Evan met in college and on a trip to Italy, Evan proposed to Casey. They celebrated their engagement with a winery tour – and brought a bottle back to have on their wedding day, six years later. Because of their love for Italy, they decided to include details throughout their wedding reminding them of their favorite place. Casey and Evan offered espresso and blood orange martinis (called the “DiMartini”!), cannolis, and even homemade limoncello for guests to take home. Casey and Evan are also big music lovers so they had a vinyl album guest book. I love how much they thought about each detail of their celebration. It’s those little things that make a wedding day memorable.

After their wedding day, Casey and Evan’s beautiful day was also featured in ModLux Weddings. It was incredible to see their big moments in print! Congratulations again, Casey and Evan!
