When Mama F contacted me about her Chadds Ford Family Photography session, she said her goal was to capture this season of life for their family. Their youngest no longer a baby and their oldest on the cusp of her teen years, they are a family in between. It was important to capture the different personalities of these kiddos and how they play off of each other- the oldest, embracing her maturity and very much the mother hen, the older middle sister who used her silliness to diffuse any sibling tensions, the youngest girl who loved to shine and the dare-devil baby boy who was so sweetly doted on by his older sisters. These family dynamics are what make for a beautiful session and shine through in the portraits that we create. These are the photos that your children will look back on and will inform the stories you tell around the dinner table. It is my honor to meet families and to tell their stories.
